
Keynote speaker is Daudie Abe, a Seattle-based professor, writer and historian.
Participants will be able to select and attend a workshop during the conference. Workshop offerings are Culturally Responsive Strategies: Classroom Communities -- Certificated; Culturally Responsive Strategies: Classroom Communities -- Classified/ESP; and Culturally Responsive Classroom Management Module 1: Classified and Certificated.
Conference registration fee is $40 online for WEA members ($50 at the door) and $100 for non-members. Six clock hours are available. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
